Our goal is to encourage the community to get moving, feel better, take time, de-stress and unleash their creativity! These classes are all about a mind/body experience, they are open to anyone age 15 and up, and require absolutely no prior experience. Our class times are convenient – drop in after work, after dinner, or take a fitness class at the same time that your child is moving and learning at an academy class. Our new space offers a locker room and showers, a creative atmosphere, and a chandelier!

BodyBarre |  BodyBarre is a fitness-based class that uses fun, detailed exercises at the barre for a full body workout.  BodyBarre tones muscles and gets the heart pumping in an energetic dance-like fashion.

Salsa | Always wanted to learn how to Salsa dance? Here’s your chance to try it out. Makes a great date night! Members can bring a partner to this class for free.

Pilates Mat | Work your core and create long lean muscles with a strengthening pilates mat class.

Zumba! | Zumba! is a cardio workout that uses latin music and dance to get the heart pumping. If you’re looking to have fun, get in some steps, and learn a new dance move or two, Zumba! is for you. No dance experience required. Just bring your best workout kicks and a smile!

Kundalini Yoga Kundalini Yoga focuses mainly on breathing, along with exercises and meditation. This class also incorporates Aromatherapy and Sound Therapy through the use of Tuning Forks and Crystal Singing Bowls.

Multi-Level Yoga  |  Decrease stress and experience increased energy levels, mobility, strength, balance, and over all wellbeing.

Vinyasa Yoga | Vinyasa Flow yoga is a yoga-based class that combines a series of postures through a flow of movement and breath.  Vinyasa flow both strengthens and stretches muscles while connecting the mind and body harmoniously.

Active Yoga | Wake up with Ballet San Angelo and an early morning Yoga session. Start your day with energy, alignment and empowerment for an overall more healthy productive you!
