Get fit and have fun with our Fitness program!

BSA Fitness offers innovative ways to get your body moving, feel better, de-stress, sweat, bring creativity into your life, and unleash your healthiest self. These classes are all about a mind/body experience, they are open to anyone age 15 and up, and require absolutely no prior experience. Our class times are convenient – drop in after work, after dinner, or take a fitness class at the same time that your child is moving and learning in an Academy or Children’s Division class. Our beautiful facility offers locker rooms with showers, a family friendly and community positive environment, and a chandelier!

Classes

BodyBarre |  BodyBarre is a fitness-based class that uses fun, detailed exercises at the barre for a full body workout.  BodyBarre tones muscles and gets the heart pumping in an energetic dance-like fashion.

PiYOTM | “…PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga.” Learn more about PiYOTM HERE

Pilates Mat | Pilates is a stretching and strengthing exercise class that focuses on building core strength while creating long lean muscles throughout the body. This class is great for both beginners and those experienced in Pilates. 

Adult Ballet | Adult Ballet is perfect for the former dancer who wants to get back in the studio, the novice who has always wanted to try ballet, or just anyone looking for a fun challenging new way to get in a workout! The class will start at the barre and then move to the center and can be tailored to each students skill level.

Salsa | Always wanted to learn how to Salsa dance? Here’s your chance to try it out. Makes a great date night! Members can bring a partner to this class for free.

Kundalini Yoga Kundalini Yoga focuses mainly on breathing, along with exercises and meditation. This class also incorporates Aromatherapy and Sound Therapy through the use of Tuning Forks and Crystal Singing Bowls.

Multi-Level Yoga  |  Decrease stress and experience increased energy levels, mobility, strength, balance, and over all wellbeing.

Vinyasa Yoga | Vinyasa Flow yoga is a yoga-based class that combines a series of postures through a flow of movement and breath.  Vinyasa flow both strengthens and stretches muscles while connecting the mind and body harmoniously.
