BSA Fitness offers innovative ways to get your body moving, feel better, de-stress, sweat, bring creativity into your life, and unleash your healthiest self. These classes are all about a mind/body experience, they are open to anyone age 15 and up, and require absolutely no prior experience. Our class times are convenient – drop in after work, after dinner, or take a fitness class at the same time that your child is moving and learning in an Academy or Children’s Division class. Our beautiful facility offers locker rooms with showers and a family friendly, community positive environment!

BSA Barre |  BSA Barre is a fitness-based class that uses fun, detailed exercises at the barre for a full body workout.  BSA Barre tones muscles and gets the heart pumping in an energetic dance-like fashion.

     

 


 

Soul Fusion™ | SOULfusion™ is a creative blend of yoga inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, and bodyweight and weighted strength training exercises set to crazy fun music. It offers modifications for all levels in the group exercise environment. SOULfusion trains strength, balance, and flexibility and can help improve overall fitness levels. It is driven by music, movement, and motivation! Meet us on your mat! 

 

 


 

SOULstrength™ | An energetic combination of rhythmic resistance, cardio conditioning, manageable mobility and core strength exercises all set to crazy FUN music. SOULstrength is the total body package. 

 

 


 

Pilates Mat | Targeting core muscles while engaging the arms and legs, this class draws inspiration from original Pilates exercises. Participants can expect a balanced blend of strength and lengthening exercises on the mat. PiYo™ |Sculpt. Stretch. Strengthen.
PiYo combines the muscle sculpting, core firming benefits of Pilates with the flexibility and strength of yoga. This low impact, high intensity class is designed to build strength, improve balance, and increase flexibility without jumps, weights, or high-impact moves. With a focus on flowing transitions, PiYo keeps your body in motion while toning muscles and torching calories. P90X is a total-body conditioning class that fuses strength training, cardio, core work, and functional movement for serious results. Tap | Step into the rhythm and excitement of tap dancing in our lively class suitable for all levels. Learn fundamental steps and lively combinations, enhancing coordination and musicality in a fun and supportive environment. Ballet | Whether you've always wanted to learn ballet and never had the chance, OR you're a dancer looking to get back into the groove...this class has something for everyone! Class begins at the barre with training exercises, advancing to combinations that take you across the floor. This class will train your muscles while also exercising your creative brain.
