BSA Fitness offers innovative ways to get your body moving, feel better, de-stress, sweat, bring creativity into your life, and unleash your healthiest self. These classes are all about a mind/body experience, they are open to anyone age 15 and up, and require absolutely no prior experience. Our class times are convenient – drop in after work, after dinner, or take a fitness class at the same time that your child is moving and learning in an Academy or Children’s Division class. Our beautiful facility offers locker rooms with showers and a family friendly and community positive environment!

CLASS SCHEDULE


Kundalini Yoga Kundalini Yoga focuses mainly on breathing, along with exercises and meditation. This class also incorporates Aromatherapy and Sound Therapy through the use of Tuning Forks and Crystal Singing Bowls.   Multi-Level Yoga  |  Decrease stress and experience increased energy levels, mobility, strength, balance, and over all wellbeing.    Vinyasa Yoga | Vinyasa Flow yoga is a yoga-based class that combines a series of postures through a flow of movement and breath.  Vinyasa flow both strengthens and stretches muscles while connecting the mind and body harmoniously.

 

 

BSA Barre |  BSA Barre is a fitness-based class that uses fun, detailed exercises at the barre for a full body workout.  BSA Barre tones muscles and gets the heart pumping in an energetic dance-like fashion.

     

 

 

 

 

Adult Ballet | Whether you’re ready for your first ballet class ever or looking for a gentle re-entry to movement, out adult ballet class is the perfect place to start. You’ll be guided through the fundamentals of ballet technique in a welcoming, lighthearted environment. We laugh and sweat our way through a classical ballet barre, gentle stretching, and build on our progress with movement across the floor. 

 

 

 

 

Soul Fusion™ | SOULfusion™ is a creative blend of yoga-inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, and bodyweight and weighted strength training exercises all set to fun music. Suggest Equipment: set of light weights (2-8lbs) and yoga mat.
