These free weekly classes are open to everyone, those with Parkinson’s and other neurological challenges, as well as their families, caretakers, or anyone who is interested in how movement can improve health and well-being, mental sharpness, and quality of life. Our Joy of Movement classes allow people to experience the joys and benefits of dance while creatively addressing symptom-specific concerns related to balance, cognition, motor skill, depression, and physical confidence.
